“My interest in aviation began at the age of 12 while enjoying a sightseeing flight over the Grand Canyon. SInce that moment I always knew that I would be an aviator. Fast forward to my early 20’s and I was enrolled at Spartan School of Aeronautics, pursuing my dream of becoming a professional pilot. I graduated in 2004 and have been instructing and flying ever since. I have over 5000 hours total time with over 3500 as an instructor.
“I have been training instructor candidates since 2008 and I have signed-off dozens of applicants, many of which are now professional pilots working all over the world. Over the years I have worked as an Assistant Chief Instructor, Check Instructor at a large Part 141 flight school, a Flight Standards Administrator and Safety Officer of a Part 135 charter operation. Most recently I work as a Part 91 Corporate Pilot. I am fully qualified to instruct at any level and I continue to share my experience as a corporate pilot with my clients, giving them the tools they need to not only be a successful instructor, but to also be a successful professional pilot.”
Besides aviation, I love to spend my free time with my beautiful wife and daughters. We enjoy traveling and exploring new places. My favorite hobbies include: fishing, hiking, camping, surfing, sports, and riding dirtbikes.
