I grew up in San Diego and began flying when I was sixteen.  During my freshman year of high school, I was given the opportunity to tour a DC-10 Firefighting aircraft and a KC-130 Hercules at the Marine Corps. Air Station, Miramar and became immediately enamored with aviation.  During my senior year of high school I earned my Private Pilot’s License and after graduation I went to a small aviation college in San Diego where I finished the rest of my flight ratings.  Shortly after graduation, I was lucky enough to be hired as a contract First Officer for a small company as well a pilot who flew skydivers to their drop zone in a King Air. Prior to joining the Provectus team, I was instructing at a large part 141 academy in San Diego and have since enjoyed teaching people to fly in the city I love.

My long-term goals include: flying either Fire/Rescue or working for a law enforcement agency.
