They were just two pilots who had been working in the industry flying corporate jets and training others in Part 141 flight schools. They saw a large gap and numerous deficiencies in the school’s approach to education. Those businesses cared about producing numbers, not quality pilots and flight instructors.

The founders, Scott Hughes and Alex Silva left high salaried positions to start a company driven by passion to help others be the best in the industry. They had a different model than anyone else.

That meant, they didn’t make money their first year, giving back every cent earned to the team they assembled. They now not only provide training for pilots, but also branched out securing partnerships with ATP schools who they refer graduated students to for aircraft Type-ratings in conjunction with corporate jet charter. Managing aircraft maintenance is the newest sub-division the organization has built.
